Links
Here are some links that your gracious host thinks might be useful, fun,
or just a waste of your time ;-)
- If you are looking for JScript references,
this page is probably the best
place to be - at least on this site!
- The Internet Movie Database is
probably the best site on the net if you're a movie addict!
- A small company you've probably
never heard of before. Please visit them - they need your support!
- If you're in Australia, search for movie screening times at
Sofcom's Movie Times, which
lists all the major cinemas (Hoyts and Village).
- If you prefer getting your information from the horse's mouth, the
Village or
Hoyts web sites
have the same thing, but in two different places.
Note that, despite repeated complaints on my part,
Village's site still has an annoying JScript
cross-frame
security bug on their site.
- Heshtime
is a very cool internet radio station that streams great trance, dance,
and beats straight to your computer... sometimes ;-). They plan to go
24 x 7 soon, so stay tuned!
- The University of Melbourne
is where I received my Bachelor of Computer Science. Of course, you
could just jump straight to the Department
of Computer Science!
- Sofcom is where I currently work, doing
Perl coding and other stuff.
- Vantage Systems is where I worked for the
past few years (full- and part-time). I spent quite a bit of time building this
site, although I take no responsibility for the content ;-)
- Stanford Encyclopaedia of Philosophy.
This is a fascinating site, if you like that kind of thing!
- Easter Eggs Site. Find out all
those silly hidden features that people put into their programs.
- Online Dictionaries. This site has
links to many dictionaries - both in English and other languages. Check it out!
- Not one for the kiddies (yeah right...),
Roger's Profanisaurus is a list of lots of naughty
words - use at your own risk, or why not add your own! :-)
